On-line orders: By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will not be taken in full until the date of dispatch. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details. |
Acceptance of your order: Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and UK Plastic Sales will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Except for goods that are made to your specifications (bespoke scoreboards), we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for dispatch or on delivery. Specially ordered goods or bespoke builds will be charged on receipt by us of your order. Non-acceptance of an order by UK Plastic Sales may be a result of one of the following:

| What's happens if I am out when you deliver? If you are out when we try to deliver, the driver will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to the depot. They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. |
How do I return an item I ordered online? Should you return goods to UK Plastic Sales or one of our suppliers and you have not sent the goods by registered post we will not accept responsibility for items getting lost in the post. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. | How do I get a refund once I have returned an item? Please allow us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods via registered post. The refund will be credited to the payment card account that it was originally debited from. |
| My order is not being updated when I add new products via the on-line order form? If you see that your items in your basket are not being updated, this is because your computer is not accepting cookies or javascipt is being disabled on you computer. This can be caused by your web browser settings or firewall. Please contact us to place you order over the telephone if you are unable to rectify your computers settings. |

| Availability of goods: All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. |
| Delays: Occasionally, the manufacture of your goods may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed. |
